I'm interested in using your photo of the colorful wagon wheel spokes on a Facebook page for a new nonprofit called Access Frontiers. I am looking into how to give grants for contractor services to small businesses so they can provide better customer service to persons with disabilities (ramps, hearing loops, Braille signage).
